2026 the 18th International Conference on Communication Software and Networks (ICCSN 2026) will take place in Shenzhen, China from July 24 to 26, 2026. The conference is sponsored by Southern University of Science and Technology; co-sponsored by University of Paris Est Créteil, Ocean University of China, and National Key Laboratory of Electromagnetic Space Security; supported by Northeastern University, Chongqing University, Ningbo University, and DCN.

Submission Guidelines

◆ As Author, you will publish the manuscript and deliver paper presentation on ICCSN 2026, orally or poster presentation. You must submit Full-length Manuscript for review before the submission deadline.

◆ As Presenter, you can deliver a presentation on ICCSN 2026, but the presented manuscript WILL NOT be published. Abstract is necessary to submit.

◆ As Delegate, you can participate and attend all the presentation sessions only, neither making presentation nor having paper published.
