We are pleased to welcome you to 2026 18th International Conference on Machine Learning and Computing, which will be held in Nanjing, China during February 06-09, 2026. The International Conference on Machine Learning and Computing (ICMLC) is grand annual conference on machine learning algorithms, computational statistics, mathematical optimization, computer engineering, computer science and other related subject since 2009. It will provide opportunities for researchers in this field to share their ideas and reinforce collaboration. As such, the conference has achieved a remarkable number participants while also enable profuse exchanges among academic and industrial researchers over the years.

ICMLC 2026 is Sponsored by Southeast University, and technical supported by Metropolitan State University of Denver, Southwest Jiaotong University, Harbin Engineering University, University of Strathclyde and University of Reading and so on.

Submission Guidelines

The official language is English.
The submitted papers should be no less than 10 pages and there will be extra page fee（50 USD/360 RMB per page）if the paper is over 15 pages. The submission without enough content may lead to direct paper rejection in the preliminary review.
Any act of plagiarism is totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.
This is the responsibility of the author to check plagiarism before submitting the paper to ICMLC 2026 Conference.
Submissions must not be concurrently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
In the first round of paper review, the submitted papers will be checked plagiarism, including self-plagiarism. If any plagiarism is found, the paper will be rejected directly.
