Call for papers

The 11th South-East Europe Design Automation, Computer Engineering, Computer Networks and Social Media Conference (SEEDA-CECNSM 2026), in its 11th year, will provide an insight into the unique world stemming from the interaction between the fields of communications systems, computer engineering, networks, and Design Automation. SEEDA-CECNSM 2026 will provide an international technical forum for experts from the engineering industry and academia to exchange ideas, innovations, and present results of ongoing research in the most state-of-the-art areas.

You are invited to participate and submit original work to this event, which will be held on September 18-20, 2026, at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Thessaloniki, Greece.

Submission Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit their original work that has not previously been submitted or published in any other venue.  The use of artificial intelligence (AI)–generated text in an article shall be disclosed in the acknowledgements section of any paper submitted to SEEDA-CECNSM 2026; the sections of the paper that use AI-generated text shall have a citation to the AI system used to generate the text.  Please check the “Guidance for IEEE Publications Regarding AI-Generated Text”. Each paper's length should not exceed 6 pages. All papers need to be in IEEE CS format and submitted via the dedicated Easychair submission site
